Job Description
Pentagon International Freight Solutions Pvt Ltd is looking for a dedicated Customer Service representative specializing in Sea Import operations. The ideal candidate should possess extensive knowledge of shipping line documents, particularly the Bill of Lading, and have a solid understanding of INCO terms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting effective emails and ensuring prompt responses.
- Coordinating with overseas agents and consignees.
- Maintaining regular communication and shipment follow-ups.
- Providing essential documents for clearance.

Pay: ₹25,00.00 – ₹30,00.00/month
