Job Description
Attention all job seekers! Charter Mercantile Agency is seeking Collection Executives (Voice) for our team in Kakkanad, Cochin. Immediate joiners preferred.
Responsibilities: Manage inbound and outbound collection calls, provide solutions related to debts, maintain records, and participate in meetings.
Qualifications: Strong English communication, listening and negotiation skills, basic computer knowledge, and a willingness to work in shifts. 0-1 year experience preferred.
Salary: ₹12,00.00 – ₹15,00.00 per month with health insurance and cab facility.
