Job Description
We’re Hiring! Hoopoe Infoedge Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Voice Process professional.
Designation: Customer Support Voice Process
Experience: Minimum 6 months
Location: Work from home
Language: Good English and Tamil
Contract: 3 months
Salary: ₹20,00 CTC; In-hand ₹16,500
Shift: 24/7 Rotational shifts; 6 days working with 1 day off
Qualification: 12th pass
Requirements: Laptop with i5 processor, 8 GB RAM, Windows 10, WiFi, and USB headset.
Responsibilities: Answer customer queries and troubleshoot issues.
