Job Description
Role Summary: Join the Central Allocation Team at Optimus Medical Services Pvt Ltd as a Medical Claims Operations Specialist. This role involves screening, verifying, documenting, and forwarding medical claims accurately and promptly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor incoming claim communications.
- Screen and assess case relevance.
- Route cases to appropriate teams.
- Manage portal claims and documentation.
- Maintain Excel trackers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree; 1-2 years experience preferred.
