Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and reliable Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team at Viswanathan Constructions Private Limited. The selected candidate will be responsible for analyzing budgets, preparing quantity estimates, negotiating with vendors, and fostering strong relationships with clients and site managers.
- Review construction plans and prepare quantity requirements.
- Analyze costs and contracts to secure the best deals.
- Collaborate with site managers, clients, and contractors.
- Prepare reports, budgets, and risk assessments.
- Advise on improvements and strategies.
This is a full-time position with a salary of ₹20,00 to ₹35,00 plus benefits.
