Job Description
Grow4sure Consulting Pvt Ltd is searching for a talented Bakery Head Chef to lead our kitchen in Santacruz West, Mumbai. The ideal candidate should be passionate about artisanal baking and managing a small team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute various baked goods.
- Supervise and train junior bakers.
- Maintain hygiene and food safety standards.
- Innovate and develop new recipes.
- Manage inventory and coordinate with suppliers.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of supervisory experience.
- Strong leadership skills.
