Job Description

Role Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer queries via calls, WhatsApp, social media, and email.
- Guide customers through installation, product usage, and troubleshooting.
- Provide post-sales support for warranty queries and complaints.
- Coordinate with the technical/service team for unresolved issues.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in English, Hindi, and Bengali.
- Minimum 1 year in customer support or call center roles.
- Strong interpersonal skills and documentation abilities.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: ₹11,264.95 – ₹21,714.06 per month
