Job Description
We are The Visa Guy, seeking a responsible and proactive Office Assistant to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of our office. The successful candidate will handle office maintenance, pantry management, and care for office plants, along with coordinating with external teams for maintenance.
Key Responsibilities: Maintain office cleanliness, manage supplies, occasional travel for item collection, and assist with emergency readiness. The ideal candidate should be organized and reliable.
