Job Description
Location: Head Office – Bengaluru
Reporting To: General Manager – Operations
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with all stakeholders of Regional Processing Centers.
- Manage end-to-end activities and ensure compliance.
- Monitor team performance and maintain high standards.
- Handle project planning, implementation, and evaluations.
- Recruit staff and manage budget expenditures.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years’ experience, preferably in NBFC/MFI.
- Graduate/Post Graduation preferred.
- Proficient in Hindi, English, and Kannada; advanced MS Excel.
