Job Description
We are looking for talented legal students to contribute to our CLM Project. As a Legal Trainee, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Contract Validation: Validate existing contracts stored in SharePoint against a manifest file (Excel) containing approximately 30 key fields, including company names, business details, dates, and signatures.
- Data Population: Accurately populate the manifest file with correct values.
- Data Verification: Post-upload, ensure the data in the manifest file is correctly represented in DocuSign CLM.
