Job Description
Join Advanced GroHair & GloSkin as a Customer Service Executive. In this role, you will build and nurture relationships with internal and external customers, ensuring a high standard of service.
Your responsibilities include monitoring admission standards, handling quality-related documentation, and resolving operational discrepancies. You’ll also manage duty rosters for the front office and OPD service teams, ensuring they are motivated and skilled.
With a full-time position offering a competitive pay of ₹15,00.00 – ₹20,00.00 per month, we seek individuals fluent in English and preferably Tamil, with weekend availability. Work location is in person.
