Ernakulam Medical Centre (EMC) is seeking a proactive and empathetic Patient Coordinator to enhance our healthcare team. As the first point of contact for patients, you will ensure smooth communication and coordination across departments. If you have a medical background and a passion for patient service, this role is perfect for you.
Your responsibilities will include coordinating patient appointments, handling feedback, maintaining accurate records, and supporting both front-office and back-office tasks.
