Job Description
GRM Academy & Consultant Pvt Ltd is seeking enthusiastic candidates for the position of Customer Support Specialist – Inbound. We welcome undergraduates with a minimum of 6 months of experience, fresh graduates, or graduates with any prior experience.
Requirements:
- Age: 18-45 years
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Willingness to work night shifts in a 24/7 operation with 2 rotational offs
- Preferably residing near Malad West or Thane (max 18 km distance)
- Customer support experience preferred (1 year)
Salary: ₹22,00 – ₹34,00 per month
