- Statement of accounts reconciliation (Accounts Receivable)
- Payment reconciliation (bank with Accounts Receivable)
- Receipt creation, application, and payment allocation
- Invoice resubmissions
- Dispute resolution
- Write-off and net off
Recommended Skills:
- Proficient in Excel
- Strong reconciliation skills
- Excellent English communication (written & verbal)
- Detail-oriented
- Oracle experience (preferred)
Experience and Education:
- Bachelor’s degree (Required)
- 2-3 years in collection and/or credit control (Required)
