Job Description
JVW Technologies is urgently seeking a Customer Support Representative for International Voice. The ideal candidate will handle customer calls from the US, provide exceptional service, and resolve queries related to our products and services.
Qualifications:
- UG/Graduate with excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Minimum six months of experience in International BPO or US process preferred.
- Able to work in 24/7 shifts and should be an immediate joiner.
Benefits: CTC up to 4.8 LPA, joining bonus up to 20K.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent. Pay: ₹25,00.00 – ₹40,00.00 per month.
