Job Description
Position: Customer Relations Executive

Reports To: Service Manager
Job Summary: The Customer Relations Executive will provide exceptional customer service at our two-wheeler automobile service center. Responsibilities include managing customer interactions, addressing inquiries, and coordinating with other departments to ensure satisfaction.
- Greet and assist customers with their service needs.
- Work alongside technicians to ensure timely service.
- Resolve complaints promptly.
- Document customer interactions and maintain service records.
Pay: ₹10,00.00 – ₹13,00.00 per month. Benefits include health insurance, paid time off, and a provident fund. Schedule: Day shift, Fixed shift.
Requirements
- Able to Work Under Pressure
- Physically and Mentally Healthy
- Minimum Education of High School Diploma
