Job Description
Resolink Technologies Private Limited is seeking a highly experienced Contact Center Data and AI Architect with over 10 years of expertise. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of Genesys systems, including InfoMart, UCS, GAAP, SpeechMiner, and Five9 data ecosystems.
Key responsibilities include defining a data strategy for migrating historical and real-time data to the cloud, understanding data models, and identifying AI-driven enhancements for customer experience. Collaborating with internal AI/ML teams to implement data-driven solutions is also essential.
This is a full-time position with an annual salary ranging from ₹500,00.00 to ₹3,00,00.00. The role requires in-person attendance during day shifts.
