Job Description
Kotak Mahindra is seeking a dedicated Training and Development Specialist to lead Pan India training initiatives for the HF Channel. Key responsibilities include managing learning objectives, conducting Training Need Analysis (TNA), and enabling continuous learning through both live and digital formats.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4-5 years of experience in the mortgage sector, a solid understanding of sales, and excellent stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in English is mandatory, along with strong analytical skills and a proactive attitude.
