Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handling incoming calls to discuss company products and services.
- Contacting existing and prospective customers using scripts.
- Collecting customer information and managing queries.
- Processing orders and maintaining customer database.
- Providing solutions tailored to customer needs.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Hindi & English.
- Experience in outbound calling preferred.
- Strong negotiation and business development skills.
- Familiarity with MS office applications.
