Job Description
TruMinds Technology Inc is seeking a dedicated Bench Sales Recruiter to handle IT requirements for our US clients. The ideal candidate will work directly with clients and Prime Vendors to develop a robust network for placing candidates efficiently.
Key responsibilities include sourcing job openings, verifying candidates’ expertise, coordinating interviews, and managing onboarding processes. Familiarity with job boards like Dice and LinkedIn, along with strong communication and analytical skills, is preferred.
This is a full-time position with an annual pay ranging from ₹200,00.00 to ₹300,00.00, plus paid time off benefits.
