Job Description
Economic Laws Practice is seeking a qualified Principal Associate/Associate Partner to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Corporate & Commercial law with 6 to 8 years of experience.
Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating transaction documents, working on PE/VC/M&A matters, and managing end-to-end transaction closures. A solid understanding of corporate laws, including the Companies Act, SEBI regulations, and foreign exchange laws is essential.
Qualified candidates must hold an LLB and demonstrate adaptability across various work streams such as advisory, drafting, and negotiations.
