Job Description
Suraj Padhiyar and Associates is seeking candidates who have completed the Executive or Professional level of the ICSI course but have not yet achieved full membership. This pivotal role supports qualified Company Secretaries and compliance teams with various secretarial, legal, and compliance functions.
Responsibilities include assisting in statutory filings, drafting meeting documents, maintaining statutory registers, ensuring compliance, conducting legal research, coordinating with stakeholders, and responding to regulatory inquiries.
Job Type: Full-time, Fresher
Schedule: Day shift, Monday to Friday
