Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Care Executive to join our team at Sunrise Hospital. The ideal candidate should possess any undergraduate degree and at least 1 year of relevant experience in a call center environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Efficiently scheduling and managing patient appointments.
- Coordinating with doctors and departments to confirm appointment slots.
- Responding to patient queries and following up on upcoming appointments.
- Ensuring smooth patient flow in the outpatient department.

Pay: ₹12,00.00 – ₹18,00.00 per month
