Job Description
Sky Infotech is looking for a dedicated Customer Support Associate to manage our customer service team and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will respond to customer queries, resolve complaints, and oversee order processing. Responsibilities include team management, such as hiring and directing customer service representatives, and creating policies for efficient operations.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: ₹28,00.00 – ₹46,00.00 per month
Expected hours: 14 per week
