Job Description

Location: Goregaon, Mumbai
Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 10am to 7pm
Job Profile:
- Serve as the key point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and external partners.
- Manage information flow efficiently and accurately.
- Oversee executives’ calendars, arrange meetings, and handle travel accommodations.
- Prepare communication materials such as memos and presentations.
- Take meeting minutes, screen calls, and distribute correspondence.
- Ensure urgent matters reach the Managing Director’s attention.
- Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion at all times.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹40,00 – ₹42,00 per month
Education: Bachelor’s (Required)
