Job Summary: We are seeking a service-oriented Tele Caller to manage customer interactions, schedule service appointments, and provide excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone/email.
- Schedule service appointments and manage bookings.
- Follow up with customers for feedback and service reminders.
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of Tele Caller experience in the automobile industry.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Hindi and English (preferred).
Salary: ₹10,00.00 – ₹15,00.00 per month
