Job Description
Location: Hyderabad
Experience Required: 3+ Years in Property Acquisition
Salary Range: ₹4,20,00 – ₹4,80,00 per annum + Commission
Role & Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire high-potential properties across Pan India.
- Utilize a strong network of builders, brokers, and developers.
- Negotiate lease agreements and rental terms.
- Conduct market research to identify high-demand zones.
- Prepare financial models and assess ROI.
Required Skills:
- Strong real estate network and negotiation skills.
- Understanding of property norms and legal documentation.
- Willingness to travel up to 75%.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹40,00.00 per month
