Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming sales leads from various sources.
- Make outbound calls to new leads to explain company offerings.
- Regular follow-up with customers via calls and WhatsApp.
- Prepare and share solution-based quotations with customers.
- Handle pre-sales and post-sales communication and collect feedback.
- Coordinate with internal teams and maintain accurate records.
