Job Description
Position: Customer Support Executive
Process: Voice Process
Location: Kolkata, West Bengal
Shift: Rotational Day Shift (6 days working + 1 day off)
Salary: ₹250,00 – ₹300,00 per year, depending on experience.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone.
- Effectively resolve inquiries and complaints.
- Maintain accurate customer records.
- Collaborate with team to ensure swift issue resolution.
Qualifications:
- Graduate with proficiency in English and either Odia or Assamese.
- Minimum 1 year of BPO customer support experience.
