Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Coder to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for translating healthcare services into standardized codes used for billing and record keeping.
Key responsibilities include reviewing medical records, assigning accurate codes for diagnoses and procedures, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Strong knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems is essential.
The successful applicant will have excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. A certification in medical coding (e.g., AAPC or AHIMA) is preferred.
