Job Description

• Generate leads: Use cold calling and other methods to find potential customers
• Build relationships: Understand customers’ needs and provide tailored solutions
• Make sales: Use scripts to explain products and prices, and convince customers to buy
• Meet targets: Achieve sales goals by generating leads, setting appointments, and closing sales
• Follow up: Check in with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling
• Provide customer service: Answer customer questions and help them find the best solution
• Maintain records: Keep track of customer interactions and sales activities
