Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate is a skilled communicator with a passion for customer success and a track record in sales or client management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.
- Manage and grow existing accounts by understanding client needs and delivering value.
- Present and demonstrate products/services to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and close deals to meet or exceed sales quotas.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, customer success, product) to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and client feedback.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, or virtual conferences.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related role (entry-level version).
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
- Self-starter with a positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.

Pay: ₹25,00.00 – ₹30,00.00 per month
