Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Accounts Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance and a flair for teaching and mentoring. This role involves delivering high-quality training sessions, developing course materials, and guiding students through practical applications of accounting principles and software tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver training sessions on accounting principles and software tools such as Tally ERP 9, Zoho Books, and Odoo ERP.
- Develop and update course materials to ensure content remains current and relevant.
- Assess student progress through assignments and practical projects.
- Provide mentorship and career guidance to students pursuing careers in accounting and finance.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of teaching experience in accounting or finance disciplines.
- Proficiency in accounting software including Tally ERP 9, Zoho Books, and Odoo ERP.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
