Job Description
Role Overview:
We are looking for a creative and tech-savvy Digital Marketing Executive who is passionate about social causes and skilled in visual content creation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our online presence across various platforms, creating engaging digital content (especially videos and reels), and maintaining our website to amplify our mission and reach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation:
- Shoot, edit, and produce high-quality videos and reels for social media campaigns, events, and impact stories.
- Develop compelling visual and written content aligned with the NGO’s voice and goals.
- Social Media Management:
- Plan, schedule, and publish posts across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, etc.).
- Monitor analytics and engagement, suggest improvements based on insights.
- Respond to messages, comments, and community interactions.
- Website Management:
- Regularly update website content (blogs, news, events, success stories).
- Ensure website is visually appealing, functional, and up-to-date.
- Collaborate with developers or use CMS tools like WordPress/Wix as needed.
- Campaign Support:
- Assist with online campaigns, fundraising promotions, and digital outreach.
- Collaborate with other team members to align messaging across platforms.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in digital marketing, especially within the non-profit or social impact sector (preferred).
- Strong skills in video shooting/editing (e.g., using Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or mobile editing tools).
- Proficient with social media platforms and trends (especially Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts).
- Basic knowledge of website management (WordPress, Wix, etc.).
- Excellent communication and storytelling abilities.
- Creative, proactive, and able to work independently.
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):
- Graphic design experience (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Photography.
- SEO and Google Analytics understanding.
