Job Description
Manage and process hotel reservations efficiently.
Handle room bookings, cancellations, and modifications.
Ensure accurate room availability and rates.
Provide excellent guest service via phone, email, or online platforms.
Collaborate with other departments (front office, sales, etc.).
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel policies and promotions.
Meet or exceed reservation targets and revenue goals.
Resolve guest complaints or issues promptly.
Monitor and report on reservation trends and occupancy rates.
Ensure compliance with hotel standards and procedures.
Key skills:

Basic computer skills (PMS, etc.)
