Job description
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Telecaller to join our team. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential or existing customers, handling inbound inquiries, providing product/service information, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers to promote products/services.
- Answer incoming calls and resolve customer queries efficiently.
- Maintain a database of customer information and interactions.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
- Handle complaints or objections professionally and escalate when necessary.
- Maintain call records and update CRM software regularly.
- Provide feedback on customer trends and product/service issues.
Key Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is a plus.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in [English / Local Language(s)].
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport over the phone.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software, etc.).
- Ability to handle stress and remain calm under pressure.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Hindi and English language fluency is a must.
