Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and explain our matchmaking services.
• Understand the client’s needs, preferences, and expectations regarding potential matches.
• Maintain accurate records of client conversations, requirements, and feedback in the CRM system.
• Schedule consultations for clients with senior matchmaking specialists.
• Follow up with clients regularly to ensure satisfaction and provide updates on new matches.
• Assist in managing client profiles and match recommendations.
• Provide support to clients during their matchmaking journey, ensuring they feel valued and understood.
• Address client concerns and resolve any issues that may arise, providing excellent customer service.
• Work closely with the matchmaking team to ensure that client preferences are met accurately.
• Meet daily/weekly targets for calls, consultations, and lead conversions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,00.00 – ₹25,00.00 per month
