Job Summary:
Kemfotech RO Systems is looking for a presentable receptionist to manage day-to-day operations of our Keshav Puram branch. The role involves front-desk duties, customer interaction, and basic administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle walk-in customers and phone inquiries professionally
- Maintain customer records and manage shop-related tasks
- Support telecalling and follow-ups as needed
- Assist in basic computer and e-commerce tasks
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Coordinate with service and sales teams as required
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience preferred; freshers can also apply
- Good communication skills and computer proficiency
- Knowledge of telecalling and e-commerce is a plus
- Eagerness to learn and take initiative
- Should be well-groomed and presentable
