Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Fashion Faculty member to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fashion design and a commitment to educating and mentoring aspiring fashion professionals. The faculty member will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction, developing curriculum, and fostering a creative learning environment that prepares students for careers in the fashion industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach undergraduate and/or diploma-level courses in fashion design, including but not limited to:
• Fashion illustration
• Pattern making & garment construction
• Textile science
• Fashion history & trends
• Computer-aided design (CAD) tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CLO 3D, etc.
• Develop lesson plans, assignments, projects, and exams in alignment with the course syllabus and academic standards.
• Guide students through creative design processes and portfolio development.
• Conduct critiques, provide feedback, and assess student performance.
• Stay updated on fashion industry trends, tools, and innovations.
• Organize guest lectures, workshops, exhibitions, and industry visits.
• Participate in faculty meetings, curriculum development, and academic events.
• Mentor and advise students on academic and career matters.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,00.00 – ₹25,00.00 per month
