Roles & Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with both internal and external customers.
- Monitor registration and admission standards, submitting reports as needed.
- Provide courteous service and respond promptly to client inquiries.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in operations.
- Handle quality documentation and maintain related databases.
- Monitor invoices, track discounts, and manage billing processes.
- Manage duty rosters and leave for front office & OPD service teams.
- Ensure team competence and motivation.
