Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Customer Service Associate to join our team at SPS Ventures in Chennai. This full-time position offers a stable work schedule from 9:30 am to 6:30 pm.
Your responsibilities include assisting customers with inquiries and resolving issues. Strong communication skills in English and Tamil are necessary, along with a problem-solving attitude.
Basic computer knowledge and prior experience in voice-based customer support are preferred. A minimum qualification of 12th pass or graduation is required.
Salary: ₹12,00.00 – ₹14,00.00 per month.
