Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Sr. Consultant to join our team as an AR Caller at Diligen Professional Solutions Private Limited. Your primary responsibilities include reviewing claims to resolve outstanding AR or denials, adhering to quality production standards, and following shift schedules.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- 1 to 4 years of experience in RCM
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Must be flexible to work from office
Basic understanding of Claim form 1500 and coding tools like CCI, MCKesson is required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹120,00.00 – ₹450,00.00 per year
Schedule: Night and Rotational shifts
