Position: Customer Support Representative (Oriya Speaking Candidates)
We are hiring for a B-B E-commerce Process. The role includes understanding standard operation procedures, addressing customer issues, and being proactive about product knowledge. Good communication skills in Oriya, Hindi, and English are essential.
Location: Salt Lake sec-V (Webel More)
Shifts: Morning Shift (09:00 am to 6:00 pm / 10:00 am to 7:00 pm / 11:00 am to 8:00 pm)
Experience: 6 months (Freshers are also welcome)
Salary: ₹12,00.00 – ₹15,00.00 per month
Benefits: Fixed shifts, good working environment, paid sick time, and overtime pay.
Requirements
