Unidos Technology is seeking a qualified Company Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess a B.Com in Corporate Secretaryship and have a minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive/Sr. Executive in a Public Limited Company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage share records and liaise with shareholders.
- Engage in secretarial and accounts work.
- Prepare for AGMs and handle post-AGM activities.
Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong analytical and communication skills in English/Tamil.
