Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Relationship Officer to join NJ India Invest. The primary responsibilities include assisting the head office and internal departments with updating pending transactions, auditing trading and demat account opening forms, and managing customer enrollment forms. You’ll also handle petty cash management, assist walk-in customers, and manage courier services.
The ideal candidate should possess an MBA/PGDM qualification with at least 24 months of experience in computer operations. This position is based in Kolkata, and we welcome applicants of any gender.
