Job Description
GRW Pumps Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Correspondence Representative. The ideal candidate will possess strong written and verbal communication skills, be proficient in computer systems and relevant software, and have a keen attention to detail.
Responsibilities include drafting letters, managing correspondence for reclaiming payments, and ensuring all communications adhere to industry-specific regulations. Experience in customer service is preferred, and we particularly welcome applications from retired persons.
