Job Description
Medway Hospitals is seeking a qualified Discharge Summary Executive. Interested candidates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply. Please refrain from contacting us if you do not meet the requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and deliver summaries within 1 hour.
- Ensure error-free Discharge Summaries verified by the treating Consultant.
- Aim for 75% NPS for IP Discharges during the fiscal year.
- Adhere to hospital guidelines strictly.
- Provide Discharge Summaries to the Credit Cell promptly.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 1 year experience in Discharge Summary.
