Job Description
Cloudvista Services is excited to announce that we are hiring for the position of Odia Customer Care Executive for our B-B E-commerce Process.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Understand standard operating procedures and deliver quality services.
- Assess customer issues and ensure their needs are satisfied.
- Proactively explore and learn about the products we offer.
- Possess good communication skills in Odia, Hindi, and English.
Location: Salt Lake sec-V (Webel More)
Shift Timing: 09:00 am to 6:00 pm, 10:00 am to 7:00 pm, 11:00 am to 8:00 pm
Experience: 6 months (Freshers are welcome)
Pay: ₹11,00 – ₹14,00 per month
