Job Description
We are 10xgrowthaccelerator, one of India’s leading digital payment platforms, and we are hiring Customer Support Associates. This is a fantastic opportunity for fresh graduates to kickstart their career in customer support. The position involves responding to customer queries via both voice and non-voice channels.
Eligibility Criteria: Graduation (must be the highest qualification); Freshers only; Fluent in English; Versant Test required.
Compensation: Regular Role: ₹2.8 LPA (CTC with 1 year experience); Apprentice Role: ₹16,800 per month (Stipend).
Key Responsibilities: Resolve customer queries, provide effective support, document interactions, and collaborate with team members.
Work Location: Kolkata, West Bengal (In person).
