Job Description
Einfach Solutions is seeking a dedicated Purchase Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will monitor and process purchase requests, obtain estimates from preferred vendors, and ensure timely delivery of goods. Responsibilities include issuing purchase orders, managing invoices, and resolving discrepancies with suppliers. Coordination with various departments is essential to assess material needs and maintain accurate data records.
Candidates should have excellent English communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook, and a minimum of 8 years of purchasing experience.
